He has an Olive shirt with a Burgundy collar, Burgundy shorts trimmed in white tea-stained fleece.
His hat is Burgundy with a bell and adorned with 3 mini-bells just above his blushing face.
He is holding a candy cane with a pine spray.
He also has little Burgundy boots that curl up in the front.
Little snow specks are all over him that make it seem as if he is just in from the cold… brrrr
